The magazine's primary objective is to showcase the work of industry participants and highlight a cross-section of individuals and businesses from various fields within the industry. E’jaaz A. Siddiqui, also known as Big Sid (Sid), the driving force behind EAS Entertainment Group, epitomizes the fusion of entrepreneurial insight, academic excellence, and profound familial values.

Beyond his role as a visionary leader, Sid embodies a journey of multifaceted talent and unwavering determination. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, his teenage aspirations of entering the entertainment realm were initially tempered by a decision to pursue a career in law enforcement. However, his innate passion for performance soon took precedence.

Throughout his formative years, Sid immersed himself in various facets of entertainment, showcasing in vocal competitions; beatboxing, rapping. He also did DJ’ing, and modeling. His diverse skill set extended beyond performance as he delved into television productions, scriptwriting, casting, and production management.

In a defining moment of creative expression, Sid wrote, produced, and directed his own television show in the year 2000, which aired on QPTV in Queens, New York.

This endeavor marked the inception of his entrepreneurial spirit and foreshadowed his future endeavors in the entertainment industry.

While Sid is undeniably passionate about his professional pursuit, his devotion to family remains paramount. As a proud father, he takes immense pride in his son Siraaj’s graduation from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Television and Film Production. He is also proud of Siraaj’s career pursuit as an up-and-coming artist who is a songwriter and vocalist. From a young age, Sid has instilled in his son the values of perseverance and pursuing his passion. In February 2022, fueled by a desire to empower aspiring vocal artists and amplify their talents with the community, Sid founded EAS Entertainment Group. Before embarking on his journey in the entertainment industry, Sid established himself as a savvy real estate investor, leveraging his business acumen to navigate the complexities of the market. His keen eye for opportunity and strategic mindset laid the foundation for his subsequent endeavors in the realm of entertainment.

Educationally, Sid holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Communications, underscoring his commitment to understanding societal dynamics and communication strategies. Furthermore, his acquisition of a certificate from the Recording and Radio Film Connections reflects his dedication to navigating the technical aspects of the industry, ensuring proficiency in all facets of entertainment production.

Cher is a highly accomplished and seasoned business executive with extensive managerial and leadership capabilities across various sectors. With over 15 years of experience in management and educational accomplishments, she is widely recognized for her expertise and exceptional managerial and leadership skills. Cher is in the people business; she shows people how to live through coaching, where to live via real estate, and how to enjoy all of it through entertainment.

Cher’s experience and skills are heavily concentrated on management and coaching, packaging her as an effective Life Strategist and Business Consultant. In 2017, Cher founded Cher and Associates, where she currently holds the position of President and CEO. In 2022, she added the role of Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of EAS Entertainment Group. With over ten years of experience in Real Estate, Cher also serves as an expert agent licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Besides her work in coaching, talent management, and real estate, Cher is a published Author, Ghostwriter, Speaker, and Event Planner. She has significant experience in business operations, music management, media production, governance, and healthcare administration. Her book was released in November 2023, “The Eagle Mindset Devotional for Entrepreneurs: 40 Days of Daily Devotions, To Start your Business Day with God”. She serves as the coeditor-in-chief for the EAS Entertainment Group Digital Magazine. Cher has conducted speaking engagements and training sessions on topics such as mindset, goal setting, success, relationships, and customer service.

Her audiences have included business leaders, event consultants, performing artists, administrative professionals, volunteers, and church members.

Notably, among her speaking engagements, Cher presented the keynote address for a Black History Business and Artist Expo. She has coordinated major events such as the DMV Talent Extravaganza, The Created to Worship Concert,

Education Matters Comedy Show and Concert, among other events. She has worked as an Associate Producer for “Reaching Up,” which aired on television for one season. As it relates to community and volunteer work, Cher has served as Media Director for Metropolitan Media Ministries (MMM) for two years, Operations Director for the Community Activity Center, Coordinator for the Comprehensive Health Improvement Program (CHIP), and Director of the English as a Second Language Program (ESL). She continues to spearhead an initiative to feed the Homeless for the past several years. She has worked in board operations and governance for over 15 years and has used her experience as an Executive Project Manager in many areas.

Her diverse background makes her a valuable resource for anyone seeking to grow their business or enhance their personal development.

Cher's passion for helping individuals achieve their goals drives her work, and she has assisted numerous clients from various industries in gaining clarity and achieving their full potential. She believes that life is not only about living and dying but also about doing something meaningful in between. Her encouragement to individuals of all ages to continue pushing forward is a testament to her unwavering commitment to helping others accomplish their objectives. Cher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MSc) degree, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Psychology. She has also completed a certificate course for Women Executives at Harvard University. Her Doctoral degree in Management is currently pending completion. Cher values her family immensely and holds dear fond memories of her late father. She cherishes and holds her mother in high esteem. She has two loving siblings: an older brother, an established musician and entertainer, and a younger sister, a registered nurse. In her spare time, Cher enjoys reading, writing, dancing, bowling, personal fitness activities, and spending time with her family.

People frequently proclaim that Jimi Hendrix has been reincarnated in Michael Thomas Ingram, better known as GuitarMusicBoy, whenever they hear the soulful notes he produces on his electric guitar. At just 21 years old, GuitarMusicBoy is a remarkable autistic young man who has achieved mastery over this powerful instrument. His journey illustrates a beautiful truth: all it takes is one dedicated person to guide you through life, to provide structure, and to make you feel important and cherished. For GuitarMusicBoy, that unwavering support comes from his mother, Yolanda Perez.

Living with autism presents a myriad of challenges, often leaving GuitarMusicBoy feeling like a stranger in a world that seems indifferent to his struggles. The pervasive weight of social anxiety looms large over him; tasks that many take for granted—like traveling alone, driving a car, or simply ordering a meal in a restaurant—can become overwhelming experiences tinged with the fear of judgment. Each day, he battles feelings of alienation and awkwardness further exacerbated by his speech impairment, which makes social interactions feel daunting. Sometimes, his words escape him in a jumbled mess, leading him to feel like the target of ridicule, particularly when he finds himself talking to or answering his own thoughts aloud. Although he understands that his habit of staring can be misunderstood, it often happens unintentionally, heightening his sense of isolation. Moreover, the simple act of visiting a basketball court alone—a rite of passage for many young people—can subject him to mockery, deepening his feelings of loneliness and confusion, and leaving him with the gut-wrenching notion that he doesn’t truly matter.

Despite these overwhelming challenges, a transformative shift occurs the moment GuitarMusicBoy picks up his electric guitar. When his fingers dance across the strings, he feels a sense of normalcy wash over him; in those moments, he is accepted, loved, seen, and valued. This magical connection to music allows him to shine, illuminating a part of himself that often feels hidden. Since he began playing at the age of 13, he has graced stages across the United States, captivating audiences in vibrant cities like New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. GuitarMusicBoy holds a profound belief: that within individuals with autism lies a unique genius waiting to be unlocked. They may express themselves in ways that diverge from conventional norms, but their experiences of the world can lead to extraordinary outcomes.

GuitarMusicBoy is a multi-instrumentalist, skillfully playing the electric guitar, bass guitar, electric drums, and keyboard.

His creativity knows no bounds; he has composed over 100 songs using music software in the comfort of his home. Each time he takes the stage, the crowd is in awe, pulling out their phones to capture his exquisite performances. The deafening applause and standing ovations that follow wrap around him like a warm embrace, and he can hardly believe the accolades as people often approach him, calling him Jimi Hendrix—a tribute he receives with a humble heart, having never intended to emulate the legend.

Among all the pursuits he explored, music has captured his heart, mind, and soul, and he has truly mastered it.

WHO IS DANIEL STOCKTON? by the Editors

IG: @iamdanielstockton Daniel Stockton, a 21-year-old artist from Baltimore, has demonstrated a profound commitment to music from a young age.

Daniel commenced his musical journey at the age of 9 by documenting his original compositions in a notebook.

While he began performing in church at an early age, it was during his middle school years that he dedicated himself more rigorously to music. One of Daniel’s most significant influences has been Ms. Kirmse, whom he refers to as his "vocal mom." Her mentorship had been instrumental in cultivating his passion for music. In addition to Ms. Kirmse, his mother and sister have provided unwavering support in his artistic development. Daniel’s sister, a talented singer, frequently offers feedback on his compositions and assists him in refining his vocal skills.

Daniel has been engaged in the commercial release of his music for approximately six years now, and over the past three years, he has performed at various notable venues, both locally and nationally. His performances have included appearances in cities such as Atlanta, New York (including Times Square), and Washington, D.C. During his school years, Daniel emulated the style of LL Cool J by adopting a fashion statement in which he wore his pants with one leg hiked up. Ms. Kirmse, recognizing his individual flair, would call him to the front of the class to sing in front of everyone for discipline; however, her attention and guidance ultimately served to enhance his artistic ambitions. With the encouragement of both Ms. Kirmse and his sister, he developed a sense of confidence in his inherent musical abilities, understanding that they required considerable effort and dedication to thrive.

Aspiring to achieve a notable presence in the music industry, Daniel draws inspiration from esteemed artists such as Chris Brown, Bruno Mars, Pharrell Williams, Missy Elliott, and Ice Cube. He reflects candidly on an earlier phase of arrogance in his career; however, he acknowledges the importance of humility and actively seeks personal growth. Focusing predominantly on R&B, Daniel feels a strong affinity for this genre, although he is uncertain how he arrived at it. He began his production work after being introduced to beat-making by Ivory Gaskins, which allowed him to explore his creativity further. If he were to explore genres outside R&B, he would likely pursue soul music, a genre characterized by profound emotional expression.

Consistent with his commitment to purpose, Daniel abstains from alcohol and tobacco, allowing him to maintain focus when performing in venues that are not part of his usual repertoire.

As an emerging artist, Daniel co-founded GrindTime Productions with his friend Jordan Hendricks in 2021, an initiative that reflects their shared passion for music and began before they graduated from Patapsco High School, a well-regarded institution for the arts. Throughout his tenure at the school, he actively participated in various vocal groups, including the chamber choir, and Gospel choir, but would often get kicked out due to his inability to keep up with his grades.

Daniel expresses gratitude for the contributions of his videographer, photographer, and good friend Clarence DriverStanford, who effectively captures his artistic vision. While Daniel produces the majority of his beats, he remains open to collaboration. Initially, he exhibited a preference for his music; however, he has learned to embrace the constructive feedback of others, particularly from his sister. This has contributed to his ongoing artistic development. He approaches his growth with an open mindset, welcoming the opportunity to evolve as an artist. Daniel has cultivated two distinct alter egos in his artistic persona. The first, "Doer Phill," is characterized by his signature sunglasses. During high school, Daniel often wore sunglasses while live streaming, a choice influenced by his struggles with acne. The unexpected attention garnered from his unique appearance encouraged him to feature sunglasses during his song releases, resulting in an impressive number of streams. On occasions when his acne was more visible, he humorously utilized a bag to cover his head, unintentionally creating a sensation among his viewers. The second alter ego, "Danielito," reflects on his upbringing, which he was also raised by a Puerto Rican family. Daniel would then meet his best friend Carlos Pagan Cruz in Middleborough Elementary School, as they refer to each other as brothers! They would hang out together very often from elementary to graduating high school together. During this time he learned Spanish, and the culture from them. With that, Daniel would grow a sense of flow (Spanish slang for swag) opening his ears to the different sounds of music in different languages.

However, the name stuck because oftentimes when Daniel would get in trouble they would call him “Danielito” to signify that it was a no joking matter. This led to Daniel’s attitude and the selection of the lyrics and the topics he chose to use in his Spanish songs. Daniel has incorporated Spanish into his performances, striving to showcase his multicultural identity whenever possible. Daniel has also participated in a couple of competitions, including auditions for “The Voice”, where he reached the second round, and the "By the Docks" competition, in which he secured first place but would end up leaving the scene before he received the designated monetary prize.

With a profound passion for his music career, Daniel aspires to achieve recognition not only across all 50 states but also on an international scale. He dreams of performing at the iconic Apollo Theater an wishes to be acknowledged not solely for his vocal talent but also for his dynamic dance performances. His ultimate objective is to create music that resonates with individuals, uplifting their spirits and fostering joy. Daniel emphasizes the subjectivity of music, encouraging fellow artists to pursue their creative endeavors. He reminds them that with a world population in the billions, there will always be an audience that appreciates diverse musical expressions.

Known as Poetic Justist, this talented artist has been weaving her musical threads since she was just 13 years old.

Her journey began in middle school, where she energetically participated in vibrant talent shows organized by So Icy Entertainment, showcasing her budding passion for music.

On October 25th, Poetic Justist unveiled her first single, a deeply personal tribute inspired by the memory of her beloved late grandmother and her transformative upbringing. Although she has mesmerizingly performed her second single at various venues, it remains unreleased, keeping fans eager for more.

Growing up in a neighborhood where the allure of quick money often overshadowed opportunity, Poetic Justist initially found herself drawn into that lifestyle. However, after a decade-long observation of her surroundings — witnessing the tragic fates of many friends and acquaintances who faced violence or incarceration — she realized that this path led nowhere good. This stark reality motivated her to seek a more positive direction in her life, one that would break the cycle of despair.

Music, a lifelong passion, has always been at the core of her identity. With a deep love for Hip Hop and R&B, she began crafting her own songs, inspired by her cousin's enthusiasm, which acted as a catalyst for her creative journey.

Affectionately recalling her time at Westport Academy during her middle and elementary school years, she fondly remembers the music classes where she honed her skills on the flute and clarinet as a proud member of the school band.

In her ambitious quest for a sustainable music career, Poetic Justist smartly recognizes the importance of balancing her artistic endeavors with the financial obligations that life presents. With a newfound confidence, she feels she is striking that delicate balance, understanding that real responsibilities require both passion and financial stability.

Michael Austin, also known as Mikey2Valid, is a dynamic twenty-one-year-old businessman who is making notable strides in the world of social media. As both a social media influencer and the owner of a social media marketing agency, Mikey is committed to showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and hustler mentality.

Mikey attended McDaniel College, where he began his journey in athletics by playing basketball during his freshman year. Unfortunately, the excitement of the season was cut short when all games were canceled in his senior year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This unexpected turn of events prompted Mikey to redirect the discipline and resilience he cultivated through sports into his burgeoning business pursuits. He realized that his primary aspiration was to create lasting wealth not just for himself, but for his family, ensuring a bright future for all.

During his freshman year, amid the challenges posed by the pandemic, Mikey rapidly grew his online presence. By leveraging platforms like TikTok and Instagram, he amassed an impressive twenty-six thousand (26k) followers on TikTok and three thousand (3k) on Instagram. This year, he took a significant step further by launching his YouTube channel, hosting a motivational series titled “A Hustler’s Talk.” In this show, he interviews a variety of entrepreneurs, artists, and creatives about their personal journeys through challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned. The conversations are designed to inspire listeners and provide valuable insights into the hustler mentality.

In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Mikey possesses a deep passion for the arts. He enjoys writing songs and poetry and honed his musical talents during high school, where he played multiple instruments, including the piano, saxophone, and trumpet. This artistic flair is reflected in his approach to content creation and business.

Undeterred, he established Cash Culture LLC. This brand embodies his commitment to family and community, integrating social media engagement with a fashion line. Cash Culture Clothing offers an array of products, such as SZA sweat suits, stylish hoodies, and other custom apparel, aiming to resonate with a broad audience.

The journey was not without its challenges. Initially, the marketing agency faced significant setbacks due to a lack of startup capital. Mikey had to cover some of his assistant's salary out of pocket, as the business was not yet generating sufficient revenue.

To overcome this hurdle, he diligently focused on lead generation, which ultimately led him to his first client—a Mediterranean restaurant. This partnership proved to be incredibly motivating, as Mikey created engaging content and strategically applied algorithms to enhance the restaurant’s online visibility. Since then, his business has grown significantly, allowing him to expand his team to include an editor and an assistant—allowing for more efficient outsourcing of various functions.

While the growth phase of his business was fraught with difficulties, Mikey experienced both losses and gains. Many friendships faded as he dedicated more time to his entrepreneurial efforts, but he found solace in the recognition he received for his hard work as a young business leader. Despite the accolades, Mikey holds himself to high standards, always reflecting on areas where he can improve.

He is driven by a fervent ambition to build a legacy that will endure, instilling values of hard work and perseverance in future generations. Mikey is not chasing quick riches; rather, he envisions a longterm journey toward significant wealth accumulation.

Mikey credits his mother as his greatest inspiration, describing her as the brightest and most influential person in his life. He comes from a family of four siblings, each navigating their unique paths, adding to his appreciation for perseverance and individuality. Terrell Watkins, also known as ShootmeRell or Rell, is a photographer and videographer based in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Previously, he pursued a career as a rapper with his friends but quickly realized that photography and videography were essential for capturing and promoting artists.

He understood that creating music without developing content was pointless. When his journey as a rapper didn’t unfold as planned, he effortlessly transitioned into his passion for photography and videography. Although his original inspiration came from artists, Rell now provides services to a diverse range of clients beyond the music industry.

Rell purchased a camera two years ago and officially launched his photography and videography business in July 2023. He operates from various venues and utilizes studio space in Temple Hills as needed. He has experienced rapid growth, which he attributes to the sports discipline he learned as an athlete. This training has been instrumental in shaping his approach to business.

One challenge Rell faced as a young entrepreneur was navigating business communication and management, which can be tricky at times.

Nevertheless, he remained committed to his growth. During this phase, he added team members to his business. One of his greatest achievements has been successfully bringing his team together; although each member is unique, they share a common vision. Continuous branding has also been a key factor in maintaining steady growth for Rell's business. Another challenge has been organizing and managing the influx of clients, a result of delivering high-quality work. His rapid client base growth can be largely attributed to his consistency.

While Rell understands the importance of financial success, his focus extends beyond just making money. He is willing to collaborate creatively with clients to provide affordable service options when necessary.

Rell supports his clients in building confidence by promoting body positivity and educating them on how to prepare for a successful photoshoot.

When faced with negative criticism, Rell maintains a positive attitude and chooses not to dwell on negativity.

He remains focused on serving his clients and perfecting his craft. One of his biggest inspirations is his older cousin, Robert Martin, Jr., who has consistently encouraged Rell as a young entrepreneur and has been a supportive presence throughout his journey.

A typical day for Rell is hectic, encompassing tasks such as editing and communicating with clients. His business operates 24/7, as he or his assistant continually works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Even when some clients may be challenging, Rell remains perseverant.

In line with his commitment to giving back, Rell is planning to train young children in photography and videography, eagerly anticipating their growth throughout the learning process.

Rell advises aspiring entrepreneurs that if their first venture doesn’t succeed, giving up should never be an option. He shares from experience, as he initially pursued various business endeavors, including three clothing lines and being a Twitch streamer, before finding his passion in photography and videography.

Now, he proudly runs his own business.

Looking to the future, Rell aims to reach one hundred thousand (100k) followers on Instagram, improve communication with clients, and uphold strong business principles while providing outstanding customer service.

His advice to others? Never give up on your goals and dreams.
