E’jaaz A. Siddiqui, also known as Big Sid (Sid), the driving force behind EAS Entertainment Group, epitomizes the fusion of entrepreneurial insight, academic excellence, and profound familial values.

Beyond his role as a visionary leader, Sid embodies a journey of multifaceted talent and unwavering determination. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, his teenage aspirations of entering the entertainment realm were initially tempered by a decision to pursue a career in law enforcement. However, his innate passion for performance soon took precedence.

Throughout his formative years, Sid immersed himself in various facets of entertainment, showcasing in vocal competitions; beatboxing, rapping. He also did DJ’ing, and modeling. His diverse skill set extended beyond performance as he delved into television productions, scriptwriting, casting, and production management.

In a defining moment of creative expression, Sid wrote, produced, and directed his own television show in the year 2000, which aired on QPTV in Queens, New York.

This endeavor marked the inception of his entrepreneurial spirit and foreshadowed his future endeavors in the entertainment industry.

While Sid is undeniably passionate about his professional pursuit, his devotion to family remains paramount. As a proud father, he takes immense pride in his son Siraaj’s graduation from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Television and Film Production. He is also proud of Siraaj’s career pursuit as an up-and-coming artist who is a songwriter and vocalist. From a young age, Sid has instilled in his son the values of perseverance and pursuing his passion. Cher is a highly accomplished and seasoned business executive with extensive managerial and leadership capabilities across various sectors. With over 15 years of experience in management and educational accomplishments, she is widely recognized for her expertise and exceptional managerial and leadership skills. Cher is in the people business; she shows people how to live through coaching, where to live via real estate, and how to enjoy all of it through entertainment.

Cher’s experience and skills are heavily concentrated on management and coaching, packaging her as an effective Life Strategist and Business Consultant. In 2017, Cher founded Cher and Associates, where she currently holds the position of President and CEO. In 2022, she added the role of Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of EAS Entertainment Group. With over ten years of experience in Real Estate, Cher also serves as an expert agent licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Besides her work in coaching, talent management, and real estate, Cher is a published Author, Ghostwriter, Speaker, and Event Planner. She has significant experience in business operations, music management, media production, governance, and healthcare administration. Her book was released in November 2023, “The Eagle Mindset Devotional for Entrepreneurs: 40 Days of Daily Devotions, To Start your Business Day with God”. She serves as the coeditor-in-chief for the EAS Entertainment Group Digital Magazine. Cher has conducted speaking engagements and training sessions on topics such as mindset, goal setting, success, relationships, and customer service.

Her audiences have included business leaders, event consultants, performing artists, administrative professionals, volunteers, and church members.

Notably, among her speaking engagements, Cher presented the keynote address for a Black History Business and Artist Expo. She has coordinated major events such as the DMV Talent Extravaganza, The Created to Worship Concert,

Education Matters Comedy Show and Concert, among other events. She has worked as an Associate Producer for “Reaching Up,” which aired on television for one season. As it relates to community and volunteer work, Cher has served as Media Director for Metropolitan Media Ministries (MMM) for two years, Operations Director for the Community Activity Center, Coordinator for the Comprehensive Health Improvement Program (CHIP), and Director of the English as a Second Language Program (ESL). She continues to spearhead an initiative to feed the Homeless for the past several years. She has worked in board operations and governance for over 15 years and has used her experience as an Executive Project Manager in many areas.

Her diverse background makes her a valuable resource for anyone seeking to grow their business or enhance their personal development.

Cher's passion for helping individuals achieve their goals drives her work, and she has assisted numerous clients from various industries in gaining clarity and achieving their full potential. She believes that life is not only about living and dying but also about doing something meaningful in between. Cher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MSc) degree, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Psychology. She has also completed a certificate course for Women Executives at Harvard University. Her Doctoral degree in Management is currently pending completion. Cher values her family immensely and holds dear fond memories of her late father. She cherishes and holds her mother in high esteem. She has two loving siblings: an older brother, an established musician and entertainer, and a younger sister, a registered nurse. In her spare time, Cher enjoys reading, writing, dancing, bowling, personal fitness activities, and spending time with her family.

A STRONG COME BACK

Eugene Allen, affectionately known as Gene "Groove" Allen, hails from Long Island, New York. He is an acclaimed actor celebrated for his dynamic performances in several iconic films, including *Boomerang* (1992), *House Party* (1990), *House Party 2* (1991), and the biographical drama *What’s Love Got to Do With It* (1993), which chronicles the life of the legendary singer Tina Turner. Aside from his acting career, Groove has lent his voice to various commercial campaigns, providing voiceovers for well-known brands, including Coca-Cola, thereby showcasing his versatility in the entertainment industry.

Groove's career is multifaceted as he is not only an actor but also a music producer, songwriter, and producer. His passion for music began at a young age, and he was a prominent figure in the hip-hop scene during its formative years. He was a member of a hip-hop group from the 1980s named Groove B. Chill, collaborating with Darryl "Chill" Mitchell.

Growing up in an environment saturated with hip-hop culture, Groove was exposed to graffiti art, breakdancing, and rapping, all of which shaped his artistic identity and deepened his love for music, particularly hip-hop. His journey began in the vibrant atmosphere of house parties where he would rap for fun. Groove's natural talent and charisma quickly garnered attention, and he became a popular figure at these gatherings. He often shared his experiences with influential figures in hip-hop, spending time with Afrika Bambaataa and the Mighty Zulu Nation at the famed “T” Connection nightclub in the Bronx. One of his close friends, James Smith, also known as Smitty D, played a significant role in his early music experiences; Smitty D is notably the older brother of PMD from the renowned hip-hop duo EPMD. Groove's ability to weave words together and energize party crowds solidified his place in the hip-hop community.

When audiences think of the movie *House Party*, they often recall the film's remarkable cast and memorable scenes, including the famous Kid & Play dance. Gene Allen made a significant impact with his performance in this beloved 1990 film, contributing to its status as a classic.

In recent years, Groove has shifted his focus toward community service and empowerment. Gene “Groove” Allen, affectionately known as Groove, has enjoyed a notable career in television acting, captivating audiences with his performances.

Recently, he has dedicated himself to making a significant comeback in the entertainment industry, particularly through his passion project, Groove E. Productions. This production company is the brainchild of Groove and aims to create memorable experiences in the realm of entertainment. A cornerstone of Groove E. Productions is the House Party Immersive Tour (HPIT). This exciting initiative seeks to revive the lively essence of the House Party phenomenon that defined the 1980s, bringing it into the contemporary era.

The HPIT is designed to foster a sense of community, allowing people of all ages to come together to enjoy clean music and engage in a celebratory atmosphere filled with fun and nostalgia. To bring this vision to life, Groove has assembled a talented team. Larry “Yogi” Weeks, serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer plays a crucial role in the financial operations of the venture. EAS Entertainment Leaders, acting as Chief Operating Officers and Directors of Artist Management, lend their expertise in overseeing artistic collaborations, while DJ Telopath, as Director of Music, curates the auditory experience that is integral to the tour.

Groove’s overarching vision is encapsulated in the powerful mission and mantra, “We Are the Purpose.” He believes that by creating meaningful connections within the community and industry, everyone involved can thrive. HPIT will be going to the communities to bring family friendly music. The mission also includes giving honor to the brave solders and their families who fight for our freedom. Through the MWR HPIT will be able to entertain, educate and bring joy to community-soldiers, their families, civilian employees, military retirees, and other eligible participants for as long as they are associated with the military, no matter where they are located.

Through EAS Entertainment Group, Groove E. Productions has partnered with a diverse array of artists who are excited to be part of the House Party Immersive Tour. Groove, himself a passionate Hip-Hop artist and educator, is devoted to mentoring these artists and offering them opportunities to advance their music careers. His goal is to empower them by providing a dynamic platform through which they can showcase their talents.

As of now, the House Party Immersive Tour features around nine artists, including Groove himself, showcasing a mix of emerging and established talents with various music genres. Plans are underway for one final audition, which will allow for the selection of a few more artists to join this exciting initiative. The intention behind the HPIT is to create an immersive and interactive experience not only for the artists involved but also for communities across the globe, offering a unique blend of entertainment, culture, and artistic expression. The expectation is that this tour will resonate with audiences both locally and internationally, creating a lasting impact in the world of entertainment.

Here are five tips for vocal health: 1. Vocal Warm-Ups: Vocal warm-ups are exercises designed to prepare the voice for singing or speaking. They help to relax the vocal cords, improve vocal range, and enhance overall vocal quality. A good vocal warm-up routine typically includes a variety of exercises such as humming, lip trills, sirens, and scales. Starting with gentle humming can help to warm up the vocal cords without straining them. Lip trills, where you make a buzzing sound with your lips while varying your pitch, can help loosen the facial muscles and throat. Sirens involve sliding your voice through different pitches, which encourages flexibility in your vocal range. Lastly, practicing scales allows you to work on breath control and pitch accuracy. Incorporating these exercises into your daily routine can significantly improve your vocal performance and maintain the health of your voice.

It's important to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your exercises to avoid vocal strain.
