Bio. Of Eman Osama Born in 1976, lives and works in Cairo, Egypt. Lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo. Ms. Eman Participated in more than 65 local collective exhibitions ,and 30 international exhibitions in Egypt, USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. Most notably: The Egyptian International print exhibition, The 4th Egyptian International Print Triennial, 12 eme Biennale, Internationale de la Gravure et des Nouvelles Image de Sarcelles (France), VI'e Binnale internationale de la gravure d'lle-des Versai (France), Egyptian Cultural Week (Cuba), The 9th Artenim Exhibition (France), The 10th International Biennale of Drawing and Graphic Art (Hungary), Arabian Cultural Week (Johannesburg), The 3rd Bangkok Triennial International Print and Drawing (Thailand), Imago Mundi (Italy). Ms. Eman accomplished also a four solo exhibitions.
Ms. Eman selected as a jury member of 23rd Youth Salon & 5th AL Sakia Salon and a commissar of Printmaking workshops for The 19th International Graphic Art Biennale in Poland. And participated in many workshops, Symposiums and residencies in Egypt and Spain and she has many acquisitions in Egypt and abroad and received many awards, certificates and medals for her artworks.

Bio. Of Hanan El Sheikh Born in 1973, Cairo, Egypt. Lives and works in Cairo. Hanan El Sheikh graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University in Cairo in 1996 and gained her Master degree in Islamic painting in 2003 then a Ph.D. in art philosophy in 2009. She has taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts since 1998 until now. Ms. El Sheikh has also set her talent to the stage, painting most of the backdrops of the stage scenes for the Cairo Opera House Theatre between 1996-2001, for productions by companies such as Opera Taiess and Ballet of Osiers. She has participated in numerous exhibitions, biennales and events, in Egypt and abroad (Bosnia, Rome, Barcelona, Beijing, Budapest, Berlin, Azerbaijan, Korea, Oman, Jeddah, Bahrain), the most recent: 3rd-, 4rd and 5th Beijing Biennale (China), representing Egypt with a group (Ankh project) each with an installation in Berlin streets during the Berlin touristic festival March 2012 (Germany), Egyptian Emages - klebelsberg kulturkuria pesthidegkut (Budapest), Egyptian contemporary art 2009 – artsawa gallery (Dubai), Egyptian women art now - Egyptian cultural centre (Vienna - Berlin). Ms. El Sheikh received several awards, and her artworks shown in private national and international collections.

El-Sheikh tackles Gibran’s musings on Crime and Punishment. For this topic she draws crows in charcoal, the generally disliked black bird that, to the artist, is a personal charm of good luck. “Crows are a highly intelligent community, did you know they hold a conference when one of them steals from another’s food or flirts with another’s wife to decide his fate?” the artist says, elaborating on the series’ connection with the text. Bio. Of Shayma Kamel Shayma Kamel is an Egyptian painter, born in 1980 in Giza City, Egypt. lives and works in Cairo. She got her BA in Psychology from Ain Shams University on 2002. Her passion for art led her to start painting since she was still at university where she participated in her first group exhibition. Shayma’s first solo exhibition was on 2004 where her work talked about personal and family issues, after that her work developed quickly to highlight issues from the society and political issues. فلسفة االعمال الخاصة بالفنانة شيماء كامل تعريفات هو الموضوع الذي تتناوله شيماء كامل في مشروعها عن جبران خليل جبران في كتابه (النبي). ان الرؤيه التي تظهر للقارئ لكتاب النبي ان تناوله لمواضيع مثل المحبه والزواج واالطفال وغيرها من الموضوعات قد تظهر عامة او تعريف نألفه جميعا ونعرفه ولكن من يستطيع ان يري ما وراء السطور والكلمات سيتعرف علي تعريفات جديدة للحياة بكل ما تحمله من معاني صادقة وواضحة. ووسط هذا التناول العميق الروحي لكتاب النبي وما يحمله من الكثير من االشارات ،اال ان شيماء كامل اتخذت هذه التعريفات وحولتها الي معاني اخري قد ظهرت مختصرة في المعني من خلل تقنيات مختلفة مندمجة فيها بالقماش وااللوان المختلفة التي تراها في صراحه التناول كانها قرآه طفولية ولكن كم من رؤية االطفال ماهو اصدق واكثر اتصال وتواصل مع الخالق والمخلوقات.

Bio. Of Weaam El Masry Born in Dec. 1976, lives and works in Cairo, Egypt. Holds PH.D. in media art from the Faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University. Weaam El Masry is a rising contemporary artist in Egypt, a painter who at times moves to photography, animation and installation. Her work has been exhibited at galleries, festivals, Biennales and museums nationally & internationally. Notably; the 5th Beijing International Art Biennale 2012 (China), One Minute Film & Video Festival in Aarau 2008 (Switzerland), The Egyptian Museum of Contemporary Art (Egypt), and many group and solo exhibitions in Egypt and abroad. With over 25 awards and scholarships from different institutions in Egypt and abroad such as; the Culture Resource Award for Artistic Production for Young Arab Artists & Writers, D.A.A.D (Germany), The UNESCO-Aschberg Bursaries for Artists, Pro-Helvetia (Switzerland), Alexandria library (Egypt), Kulturamt Dßsseldorf (Germany) and over 55 exhibitions under her belt. El Masry’s works are in private and public Collections including Bibliotheca Alexandrina; The Museum of Egyptian Modern Art and private collections in Egypt, Germany, USA, UAE and Spain.

Weaam Elmasry in her latest collection has a new approach to artistic creativity. Here she relies on reducing the control of the conscious mind and opens the door for the subconscious, or what may be called the higher consciousness, to lead the process of creativity and artistic creation.
تقدم وئام المصري في مجموعتها الفنية الجديدة منهجا مختلفا في فهي تعتمد على تقليل سيطرة العقل الواعي المادي و،ابداعها الفني تفسح المجال للوعي او ما يمكن ان نطلق عليه الوعي االسمى .ليقود عملية االبداع والخلق الفني
On this intellectual journey, Weaam evokes the thoughts of Gibran Khalil Gibran in his book The Prophet. She is inspired by texts within that nurture the unconscious and then surrenders to the ideas flowing in all directions from biology to science bioenergy, construction and architecture, complex human emotions, to values and ideals. In her paintings, Weaam employs transparent colors and inks to record her ongoing dialogue and industrious search. Through its many layers, each painting can express this rich and enjoyable intellectual journey from beginning to its maximum depth.
