For the past few years, the company has worked hard on providing audiovisual materials and information for partners to develop their online business.

Additionally, the enhancement of company's official website and social media has helped Partners explore potential clients and find business partners.

The second step of digitization is the establishment and enrichment of digital resources and learning platforms.

Starting from the establishment of the "Digital Center" and the weekly live broadcast of E-CLASS in 2020, to the "EEU EASECOX Elite University" and "Beauty Designer -Web Edition" in 2021, all these have resolved the geographical and time constraints. Partners can obtain various digital resources at cloud server anytime anywhere without limitations, including product knowledge, education and training, Q&A, body measurement tools, essential oil encyclopedia, etc., to improve themselves and strengthen their competitiveness.

The third step of digitization is the launch of online shopping platform.

In 2021, we have introduced "EASECOX eMall" in Malaysia, which provides integrated services of online ordering, payment and delivery. Clients can place orders through the "Affiliate Link" or "Affiliate Code" provided by Partners, and we will be able to reward the designated Distributor accordingly. This platform is set up to support the sales of EASECOX Partners, nevertheless, it will not replace the existing Distributor System, and the company will not market goods to consumers directly, because EASECOX advocates "cooperation and mutual prosperity" with EASECOX Partners to expand their business, which is the only belief and motivation of the company.

The epidemic has given us new opportunity to become stronger In the past, EASECOX Partners would follow-up clients closely, and often handled sales, payment, delivery and other services in person to build customer trust.
