From the start of his career, Joel proved that he has the tenacity to create rewarding real estate opportunities, even in challenging markets. After recovering from a serious injury that prompted him to change professions, Joel entered real estate at the height of the Great Recession. It was a difficult journey, and he labored diligently for 10 months before landing his first deal. “That boosted my con fidence and self esteem,” he says. “I went from selling one home my first year, to selling more than 10 my second year. Now, I’m selling more than 100 homes a year with a team of 12 agents plus a support staff.”
