With well located stores in NSW and Queensland, we serve the trade with a range of products spanning plumbing, swimming pools, kitchen appliances, independent living, and bathrooms and more. Over many years, we have also forged strong relationships with our supply partners, and as a member of PlumbingPlus, while we are independent we also have the buying power of a large merchant supplier. We stock and supply over 10,000 product lines and market-leading brands… and if we don’t stock it, we’ll source it. As we continue to grow and evolve, we retain a focus on maintaining our core fundamental business principles. Once the order is received, we offer our customers the option of onsite pick-up six days a week; or order and draw-down as needed; or we deliver to their home base; or to the job location; and where needed we can co-ordinate direct supply drops too. Our customers often work across large geographic areas, and some have multiple project locations, and to support that our transport desk operates scheduled daily runs across the Sydney metro and Sydney basin areas, Queensland Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast everyday. We also understand that not everything goes as planned, and so we can adapt and be reactive too – supporting our customers who have hit a problem, and who require our help.
