• Proper tennis attire and shoes are required on the tennis/ pickleball courts.

• NO CROCS OR FLIP FLOPS are to be worn on the courts.

• Ladies – NO SPORTS BRAS, CROP TOPS, or SPANDEX SHORTS are to be worn by themselves.

**A minimum of 4 registrants are required per session or the session will be canceled.

Designed for the disciplined player who competes on a high school team or in tournaments.

The program includes drilling, strategy, match play, conditioning and goal setting.

By Randy Harrington, PGA Head Golf Professional | RHarrington@hampton.golf As we hit the heat of summer, the golf course is in excellent condition. Our summer twilight rates begin at 2 pm. The rate for Eagle Harbor residents is $37 Mon-Thur and $40 Fri-Sun.

Tip of the Month:

August 18-31, the pro shop will offer a 20% discount on everything in the golf shop (excluding sale items, golf balls and gloves)

Also, contact the pro shop for instruction. We have a great staff of instructors ready to help you with your game. Whether you are a beginner or have played golf your whole life, we are here to help you.

Junior clinics continue every Sunday from 11am12 noon. Please call the pro shop to sign up your junior. The cost is $20 per session.

EAGLE HARBOR Got a Letter from the HOA?

What does it mean when you get a Courtesy Notice from the HOA regarding a possible covenant infraction? What if you receive a Certified Notice or Intent to Fine? What is the associations protocol for handling these matters? The association board of directors has set forth the following protocol to ensure the community documents are followed and to retain the beauty of the community streetscape: Courtesy Notice – a courtesy notice is a first notice indicating what was seen during a routine community inspection or what may have been reported. Routine inspections are performed twice a month, usually every other week as required by the board of directors.

Second Notice – a second notice indicates the matter previously noted in the courtesy notice has not yet been remedied. If you are unable to complete the requested task in the allotted time please contact the HOA office to inform them of the situation. The matter will then be put on ‘HOLD’ to allow you the time you need to remedy the matter.

Intent to Fine – this is a certified notice indicating the matter is still outstanding and no one has contacted the HOA office

Neighborhood Parking

School is out for the summer; that means college students are home, friends and relatives are coming to visit and the number of cars in our neighborhoods may greatly increase. The safest place for your vehicles is your garage or driveway but if there is no room, we ask that you be aware of a few parking restrictions. The area between the sidewalk and the street is not an appropriate place to park a car. This is private property and is to be maintained by the homeowner.

Also, don’t block the sidewalk. It’s against the law even if the sidewalk intersects your driveway. Don’t park directly across from
