• Judging will take place MAY 17th

As a direct result of a resident survey, Black Creek installed pet waste stations in 2021. There are seven (7) pet waste stations conveniently located throughout the community. The community’s provider, Doody Calls cleans and resupplies the stations weekly.
Clay County requires dog owners to clean up after their dogs on public and private property.
Now is a good time to turn your attention outward and take a look at your curb appeal. The following are just a few things to consider this spring:
• L ANDSCAPING – trim up up shrubs, hedges, and overgrown tree branches. Consider adding a little color to your landscape beds with colorful seasonal flowers and plants.
• DE AD VEGETATION – remove any dead palm fronds
• L AWNS – test your sprinkler system to ensure it is in good working order
• If you are looking to completely change your home’s landscape design, ensure you have submitted your Landscape Design Application to the community ARC for review and approval prior to making the change/ improvement.
• Check out Pat’s Nursery website:
• The owner or person in charge of the dog must pick up after the dog on public property, public walks, and recreation areas.
• Animal Control Officers can issue a written warning or citation to anyone who violates the dog poop ordinance: 904-269-6342
