Code of Conduct
Please be aware that staff must protect the rights and privileges of rule-abiding Patrons, and that inappropriate behavior will not be accepted. Our goal is to promote a safe and enjoyable FAMILY environment. All Patrons and Guests are responsible for compliance with the Amenities Rules established for the safe operations of the Amenities. Abusive language towards residents or staff, vandalism, fighting or any conduct that is improper or likely to endanger the welfare or safety of others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of amenity privileges.
Violation of EH Amenity policies are subject to disciplinary actions as follows:
a. A resident or guest may first receive a verbal or written warning regarding his or her unacceptable behavior after committing an offense for the first time. If behavior continues, Management will ask Attendee to leave the facility for the day and must write an incident report, recording the resident or guest name, type of violation and Amenity Account information. If the resident or guest is a minor (under the age of 18), Management will call the parent or guardian explaining the action along with a copy of these rules. b. Second offense action, Management may suspend the resident or guest from all or certain facilities for an indefinite period of time and will make note of this on the Amenity Account. Depending on the nature of the offense, the resident or guest will be subject to arrest for trespassing. c. Management has the sole discretion to immediately terminate amenity privileges for major infractions of the amenity policies If Management terminates or suspends a Resident’s, Annual Pass holder’s or Guest’s privileges, he or she may file a written appeal to the District’s Board of Supervisors, via the District Manager, within 30 days of suspension or termination notification.
