Angel Tree Benefiting Children from Kids First of Florida
Starting Friday, Nov. 22 | Pick an Angel at Clubhouse | Gifts Returned by Friday, Dec. 13
Start your season off right by making the holiday season extra bright for a local child.
STEP 1: Stop by the Clubhouse and pick an angel off of the Angel Tree.
STEP 2: Fulfill some or all of the Angel’s wish list.
STEP 3: Wrap presents and place in BAG
STEP 4: Attach wish list & name tags to ALL presents & bags (to ensure none are lost or mixed up)
STEP 5: Drop off all gifts to Clubhouse
All angels are anonymous until chosen. Angels are all minors ranging in age: infant to 17 years old. If you choose an Angel: You must be willing to fulfil all or some of wish list no matter the age/gender. Please do not open and return to tree to pick a “better” one.
These special gifts are all most of these children will receive for the holiday. If you are willing, we are counting on you as a sponsor to fulfil this wonderful commitment. The Angel Tree benefits local boys and girls from Kids First of Florida-an organization that fosters more than 500 children that have been removed from abusive homes in Clay and Baker counties. Gifts must be received NO LATER than 6pm on Friday, December 13 to ensure they are delivered before the holidays. Thank you for your donation and making a difference in a child’s life this holiday season.

This is a great way to introduce your children to tennis. It is a fun, educational clinic that teaches them the game, eye hand coordination and of course how to have fun playing.
Green Dot Intermediate Clinic
Age: Juniors ages 10-12 | Cost: $17 per child per clinic
Mondays and Wednesdays | Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Focuses more on stroke production and rallying.
Tournament Level Clinic
Age: Juniors ages 12 and up | Cost: $17 per child, per clinic Mondays: 5:30-6:30pm and Thursdays: 5-6pm
This is for intermediate tournament level kids. (Must be approved by a pro to attend this clinic.)
**A minimum of 4 registrants are required per session or the session will be canceled.
Advanced Junior After School Training Program
Designed for the disciplined player who competes in a high school team or in tournaments. The program includes drilling, strategy, match play, conditioning and goal setting.

Halloween Contest
We hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween. Black Creek residents went all out with their Halloween Decorations this year. The Black Creek HOA board of directors awarded prizes to one family from each of the Black Creek neighborhoods who they thought had the best Halloween decorations in their neighborhood. Winners received a $50 gift and a ‘winners’ sign displayed on their property. We hope you were able to drive/walk through the neighborhood to view the manyfun, and creative ways residents decorated.

2024 Annual Member Meeting
The Eagle Harbor Association (EHA) will hold its Annual Membership Meeting at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, NOVEMBER 6th at Fleming Island Elementary School.
The EHA board of directors encourages each of you to attend this year’s annual meeting. This is your opportunity to discuss issues that are important to you and to learn what’s happening in the community. We want your participation, but if you are unable to attend, there is a quick and easy way you can contribute. Please date, sign & put your street address on the PROXY form mailed to you and return it in the enclosed envelope. Your PROXY will help the HOA to achieve a quorum and therefore be able to conduct business at the annual meeting.
In order for the association to hold the annual meeting a quorum of the members must be achieved in accordance with QUORUM requirements for the community as outlined in the Bylaws. Please do your part to be a responsible resident of the community and support your Board as they continue to make Eagle Harbor a premier community..

• Political Signs: Eagle Harbor Sign Guidelines state “Prior ARC and/or EHA approval is not required for political signs furnished by a certified candidate that are displayed 30 days prior to an election and removed within 7days after said election. One (1) sign per elected office is allowed with a maximum of three (3) signs per parcel. Dimensions shall not exceed 24” x 18” and post height shall not exceed 3’ from above ground mark.
• State Statute 720.304: All exterior flags and/or flagpoles shall comply with the Florida Statute 720.304, which reads in part, “homeowners may further display in a respectful manner … regardless of any
