This may not sound like it has anything to do with putting tips, but try this…. sign your name on a piece of paper. See how quick and easy that was? Now try to slowly duplicate that signature. Not so easy. The reason is, you're thinking about it and not tapping into your subconscious, the way you did when you signed the first time. Putting is no different. The best putters see their target line and then roll the ball on that line, just like you saw the paper and then signed it. The lesson is, keep it natural, and don't let yourself get bogged down by anything.
We hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween. Black Creek residents went all out with their Halloween Decorations this year.
The Black Creek HOA board of directors awarded prizes to one family from each of the Black Creek neighborhoods who they thought had the best Halloween decorations in their neighborhood. Winners received a $50 gift card and a ‘winners’ sign displayed on their property.
We hope you were able to drive and/or walk through the neighborhood to view the many fun, and creative ways residents decorated.
Get your home ready for Black Creek’s Annual Christmas Decoration Contest. In order to be entered you must: Have your Christmas decorations ON DISPLAY by 7pm December 16th.
Categories: (1) Best Overall (2) Classic Christmas (3) Most Animated Prizes will be awarded to all winners!
All political signs/flags are to be removed within 7 days after the election date
Also keep the following sign/flag rules and regulations in mind:
• Eagle Harbor Covenants, Codes & Restrictions: Article V, Section 5. Signs. "No signs or advertisements of any kind may be placed on any portion of the Property without the approval of Declarant as to size, design, content and location.
• State Statute 720.304: All exterior flags and/or flagpoles shall comply with the Florida Statute 720.304, which reads in part, “homeowners may further display in a respectful manner . . . regardless of any covenants, restrictions, bylaws, rules, or requirements of the association, one official United States flag, not larger than 4.5’ x 6’, and may additionally display one official flag of the State of Florida or

the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard, or a POW-MIA flag. Such additional flag must be equal in size to or smaller than the United States flag.”
STREET PARKING Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid parking on the street. Blocking a lane of travel makes the neighborhood more difficult to navigate, in addition to restricting access by emergency vehicles.
If you park on the street, please keep the following considerations in mind:
• park your vehicle with the flow of traffic, making the rear reflectors more visible to night traffic
• do not park in front of fire hydrants
• park at least 50 feet from stop signs & intersections
• do not block mail carrier access to mailboxes
• be considerate of adjacent neighbor access to / from their driveway; especially
Eagle
If your household has long term need for additional parking, perhaps you should consider submitting a request for ARC approval to possibly widen or extend your driveway. ARC information and applications can be found by visiting: www.eagleharborassociation.com
