A Simple Act of Kindness
Amidst our busy lives, the Eagle Harbor community has once again demonstrated its caring and compassionate spirit. A heartwarming act of kindness recently unfolded when a member noticed one of our beloved team members walking to work daily in the sweltering summer heat. Concerned for his well-being, the community rallied together to offer assistance in the most uplifting way.
The kind-hearted member discreetly approached the Eagle Harbor General Manager with an idea to help our dedicated team member. They suggested providing him with a bike to make his daily commute easier. Sensing the genuineness of the gesture, the EH staff decided to approach the team member with warmth and openness.
They shared with him that a thoughtful community member had noticed his daily walks and wanted to gift him a bike, should he find it beneficial. Gratefully, he accepted the offer, and the Eagle Harbor community’s spirit of unity and support came to the forefront.

Upon spreading the word, another resident stepped forward with a generous donation, providing the bike for our team member. The initial member, delighted to see the positive impact of his idea, made sure the bike came equipped with a helmet, a light, and a lock for safety.
When the moment arrived to present the gift, it was nothing short of heartwarming. The team member’s face lit up with joy and appreciation. He expressed his gratitude, sharing that he had faced some challenging times recently and had relocated to Eagle Harbor to be closer to family and help care for his grandchildren.
Thanks to the incredible kindness of the Eagle Harbor community, his daily commute would now be more enjoyable and convenient.
The member who initiated this act of compassion wished to remain anonymous but felt overjoyed witnessing the positive impact of his gesture. In a touching gesture, he personally delivered the bike to our team member, brightening his day even further.
At Eagle Harbor, we celebrate the empathy and support that flourish within our community. Together, we create an environment where everyone feels cared for and appreciated. Let us continue to inspire each other through acts of kindness and unity.

Remember, a simple act of kindness has the power to uplift not just one life, but the entire community. If you have any heartwarming stories to share, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we make Eagle Harbor a truly special place to call home.

Got a Letter from the HOA?
What does it mean when you get a Courtesy Notice from the HOA regarding a possible covenant infraction? What if you receive a Certified Notice or Intent to Fine? What is the associations protocol for handling these matters? The association board of directors has set forth the following protocol to ensure the community documents are followed and to keep/ retain the beauty of our community streetscape:
• Courtesy Notice – a first notice indicates what was seen during a routine community inspection or what may have been reported by a resident. Routine inspections are performed twice a month, usually every other week as required by the HOA board of directors.
• Second Notice – indicates the matter previously noted in the Courtesy notice has not yet been remedied. If you are unable to complete the requested task in the amount of time specified, please contact the HOA office to discuss the situation. This action will place a ‘HOLD’ on future notices to allow you the time you need to remedy the matter.
