Tuesday, July 4 | Line up at 9:30am | Parade begins at 10am SHARP!
Starts at the GOLF CLUB HOUSE / TALONS & ends at the Swim Park
There is no better way to celebrate Independence Day than with a spectacular Parade! Calling all Residents!! Get creative and decorate your bicycle, motorcycle, cars, golf cart, trailers or boat for our 30th Annual Red, White and Blue Parade! The Parade line up will begin at 9:30am in the Golf Club House/ Talons Parking Lot and the parade will begin at 10am SHARP. The route will begin at Golf Club House / Talons and end at the Swim Park where the festivities will continue! Please RSVP to participate in the parade today by contacting Waterfront Park at 904-621-8362.
*Please Note: Eagle Harbor Parkway will be CLOSED to traffic during the duration of the Red, White & Blue Parade. Spectators are encouraged to enjoy the parade from Eagle Harbor Parkway.

Friday, July 14 | 5-8 PM | Waterfront Park
Unwind from the week poolside with live music from local musician – Daniel Flynn! You may have seen him locally as a duo at Whitey’s but he is making his way solo to Eagle Harbor’s Waterfront. Daniel has been playing guitar for 8 years, both electric and acoustic. He lives on the Westside of Jacksonville and also works as a firefighter for JFRD. He really enjoys playing guitar all around Jacksonville on his off-time, it allows him to have fun doing what he loves to do and sharing his passion with others.

We are mixing it up this summer and we want to enjoy the warm weather. During this time our resident preschoolers have an opportunity to meet with other little Eaglets in the neighborhood and play. Registration starts May 1st and deadlines are one week before the start of each session. Registration fees may be paid by credit card, check or with your amenity account Monday of the camp session attending. These camps will focus on developing fundamental skills in a fun atmosphere and include two hours of tennis instructions and games followed by an hour of swim. Eagle Harbor is a deed restricted community. As such, there are recorded covenants and restrictions and Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines which govern the community. These documents are a general guide for residents and can be accessed by visiting: www. eagleharborassociation.com
A few of these guidelines include:
1. Homeowners may display one portable, removable Sport Team, University/College or Seasonal flag without ARC and or EHA approval provided they are no larger than 3 feet by 5 feet in dimension, mounted on an appropriate pole fastened to either the garage wall or mailbox post. Small garden flags (13” X 18”) which are Sport Team, University/College or Seasonal flags may be
displayed without ARC or EHA approval as well.
2. Homeowners may display one portable, removable United States Flag OR official state flag in a respectful manner and one portable, removable official flag in a respectful manner not larger than 4 ½ feet by 6 feet, which represents any of the United States Armed Forces, the Coast Guard, or a POW-MIA flag.
3. Homeowners may erect a free-standing flagpole no more than 20 feet high on any portion of their property if the flagpole does not obstruct sightlines at intersections and is not erected within or upon an easement. Flagpoles and displays are subject to all building codes, zoning setbacks or other local government regulations.
4. ALL OTHER FLAGS/SIGNS or advertisements of any kind, placed or displayed on any portion of an Eagle Harbor (EH) homeowner’s property, or in any EH home, visible to the outside, shall require
prior approval by the Eagle Harbor ARC and possibly the Eagle Harbor Association Board of Directors (EHA, Inc).
