Loafing Shed packages includes leg bracing for additional strength and stability. Concrete Anchors or Rebar Anchors, and Earth Auger Anchors are included in base price. Base leg heights vary by size, see other side for additional details. Please note: Eagle Carports, Inc. does not provide site work.

All stated dimensions are in reference to the frame size, not the roof dimensions.

All cement pads require 2” wider on all sides. Ex. 20’ wide x 30’ long unit will need a 20’4” wide x 30’4” long pad.
