Shock Resistant /Vibration Isolated Platform with Self Levelling Pneumatic Vibration Control -Series VIP-AM-WA Dynemech hi-tech vibration isolation platforms are designed and manufactured meticulously to achieve the highest levels of performance optimized for balances, measuring and testing equipments, microscopy and other sensitive precision instruments.

Vibration Isolated Platform , Series VIP-AM-WA provide top-notch compact table top vibration isolation solution for vibration sensitive systems such as measurement equipment, high-precision machineries that require pneumatic suspension with self-levelling arrangement, especially for difficult to suppress low frequency vibrations.

The unique Membrane Air Springs incorporated allows the platform to have superior load sensing and height controlling element.

It provides a stable support to the precision measuring machines while minimizing the effects of shock and vibrations, ultimately enhancing the performance of the equipment.

Membrane Air Spring used exhibits a low natural frequency in the range of 1-1.5Hz. The machine payload is suspended on the air through the flexible elastomeric membrane and damps most of the incoming vibrations.

The self-levelling arrangement ensures that the top platform always remains levelled during the load changes on top of the platform. The supplied air pressure may be varied depending upon the weight of the equipment.

A continuous air supply (not included) will be needed to compensate for the load difference on the platform. The air is either added or removed from the air spring to maintain the level of the top surface.
