Designed to meet Total Produc ve Maintenance (TPM) standards, the DRC Series blocks allow machines to be installed at effec ve heights of 100 to 150 mm, to make easy cleaning and maintenance under the machines. This elevated installa on helps organiza ons implement TPM principles more effec ve and works well, facilita ng inspec on, cleaning and repairs.
Each block is covered with high quality of isola on plates, ensuring a reduc on in vibra ons transmi ed from the machine to the ground. This not only protects the equipment but also contributes to the correct accuracy of machining and longer life of the tool.
The DRC series is especially suitable for machines with the smooth base. Levelling is achieved by simply turning the bolt, which raises the cover plates along with the machines, ensuring correct posi on of agreements even the machine under the heavy loads.
