Um den hohen Standard lückenlos zu gewährleisten, werden neben einer intensiven Qualitätskontrolle bei der Verarbeitung in den Produktionsstätten zusätzliche Kontrollen vor der Auslieferung durchgeführt.

When manufacturing our products, quality and safety are our number one priority.

High quality material which is free from harmfull substances is carefully processed on the highest technical standard. In order to guarantee this high standard all through the entire production chain, there are not only intensive quality checks at the production sites but also further inspections prior to delivery.

Lors de la fabrication de nos produits, la qualité et la sécurité occupent la première place. Les matières premières d’excellente qualité et exemptes de substances nocives sont utilisées et façonnées soigneusement selon les techniques les plus sûres. Afin de pouvoir garantir un standard 0-défauts, il y a non seulement des contrôles de qualité intensifs pendant la production en usine mais également des inspections supplémentaires avant la livraison.

Die Spielwaren von Sterntaler sind außerdem seit mehr als 15 Jahren auf freiwilliger Basis TÜV-geprüft.

Sterntaler ist nicht nur die Qualität der Produkte, sondern auch die Qualität der Produktionsstätten ein elementares Anliegen. Auf freiwilliger Basis stellt sich Sterntaler dem ICTI-Code (International Council of Toy Industries), der die Arbeitsbedingungen in den asiatischen Produktionsstätten definiert. Als einer der ersten deutschen Hersteller hat Sterntaler deshalb auch alle Spielwaren-Produktionsstätten zertifizieren lassen.

So können wir gemeinsam zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen für die Menschen in den Herkunftsländern beitragen.

Furthermore, since more than 15 years, Sterntaler has been having their toys tested on a voluntary basis by the German technical inspection agency TÜV.

Depuis plus de 15 ans, les jouets de Sterntaler sont systématiquement testés par le TÜV, l‘association pour le contrôle technique en Allemagne.

To Sterntaler it is not only the quality of the products themselves which is of importance but also the quality of the production sites is a matter of particular concern. On a voluntary basis, Sterntaler responded to the challenge of meeting the ICTI-Code which defines the working conditions in Asian production sites and was the first German producer who had all their toy production sites certified.
