INDIVIDUAL CAREER PATHWAYS REPORT This personalized take-away gives a guidance counselor the ability to help a student determine a clear, viable path, and make the pivotal connection between their education and their ability to work and earn a living.

mySTRATEGIC™ COMPASS Designed for students and parents, this interactive program lets students enter their individual preferences—their interests, values and goals—to find matching careers.

Then it provides important information about those careers, such as the education and skill levels required, as well as economic and labor forecasts.

Career Readiness Courseware CLOSING THE SKILLS GAP. That’s where Career Readiness Courseware comes in. This world-class, e-learning

framework is aligned to state standards and national proficiency tests. So students can prepare for their success on key exams, while augmenting their foundational skills for careers.

There are nine comprehensive subjects with up to seven skill levels developed to

hone college-and-career-ready skills.

FIRST: We want students to succeed, not be bored or frustrated. So for each subject, students are individually tested to determine their correct skill level and appropriate starting point.
