Welcome to the Offering
We look forward to welcoming each of you back to Atalissa, Iowa and the Swing Shift Simmentals facility for this our 4th Annual Production Sale. This year the feedback from last year’s offering was outstanding. The bred heifer buyers were extremely happy with how those females went out and produced in the pasture. We love hearing how our customers get along with their purchases.
For this year’s offering I believe we have out done the past seasons quality in each and every category. The bred heifers are a deep set and 100% of them are stuck AI bred, this season was one of my very best. Another highlight in the bred heifer group as that many of the heifers were halter broke as babies and the attitudes as a group is very good. The open heifer division is deep as well... In this group we have a full sibling to the Supreme Heifer at the Muscatine County Fair as well as a great selection of AI and ET daughters. The calves have been worked with for about a month at this point and are extremely docile and are ready to go to any age Junior exhibitor. New this year we have added in a really good group of fall calvers, these should be calved out by sale weekend and will be ready to roll right into your fall pastures.
Yet again we will offer up first choice of the bull calves born in the 2025 calf crop. The spring bulls will all be at the sale site and available for inspection. As sale week approaches if you have any questions feel free to give me a call I look forward to discussing this offering with you. We look forward to seeing each of you Saturday September 20th at the farm!

Wow! This baldy will get your attention. 552N is big hipped, cool necked, powerful at the ground, and backed by a great cow family. Her dam 02H is a full sibling to the Nikkel Families Junior National Champion Percentage Female a few years back. Power in the Blood!

This could be the best of these full siblings. For the third year straight 063H had a Bankroll heifer and one of these was already named Supreme at Muscatine County. This one is cool necked, big haired, massive hipped, and sound as a cat. She’s my favorite one thus far. Lot 2
