What is your go-to Music?
That's a tough one for me, as music is one of the things I enjoy most. I love almost all genres, from The Boss and Robert Earl Keen to Nirvana, Alice In Chains, and Fleetwood Mac, as well as Ice Cube and NAS. Talking about newer music, a couple of favorites are Charley Crockett, Jason Isbell, and The War on Drugs.

What is your go-to type of Movie?
Another tough one for me, as I am a big movie guy. Anything Scorsese, Taylor Sheridan, or Tarantino. Also a sucker for a good comedy to.
What is your go-to Food?
BBQ for sure. One of my favorite non-golf things to do is fire up one of my smokers and make some Texas BBQ: Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork. You name it, I've probably cooked it.
What is your go-to Snack?
A few months ago, I would have said Uncrustables, but we have a two-year-old at home now, so we're trying to watch the sugars. Probably RX bars now. ☹
What is your go-to Club in your bag?
The Driver and Putter finish T1 for me.
What is the best part of your game?
Probably my short game.
Tell us something that people might be surprised to know about you.
I have more than one pair of Cowboy Boots.

What is the best round of Golf you have shot?
I hold a couple of course records, but my favorite is the course I grew up on, Corry Country Club. I have shot 62 there a handful of times.
Can you name two of your favorite courses that you've played, and what makes them unique to you?
One is a new course named Tree Farm in Aiken, SC. One of my best friends got the Head Professional job there when they opened, and the golf course is 10/10.
Two is probably Pine Needles and Mid Pines. I went to school at Methodist, and we played them constantly, qualifying for tournaments with the team and with friends. We also take a golf trip there every year with college friends and our dads, which has grown to include 72 people. I have countless great memories there.
If you could play one round of golf with any three people (alive or deceased), who would you choose to play with?
My Grampa's, My Dad, and my son Teddy (5-somes permitted that day)

Tell us about your family.
-Are you married, and do you have any children?
My wife Stephanie and I are high school sweethearts. We have been together since 2006. We got married in 2017. She's the best. We welcomed our son, Theodore, in February 2023.
What initially drew you to the game of Golf, and how did you get started?
My Dad and Gramps started taking me when I was 2 or 3 years old. They were both into the game from an early age. As soon as I started driving the cart and playing in bunkers, I was hooked!
Could you provide us with some insight into your previous positions?
I've done a little bit of everything in the business. Right out of school, I worked for Jimmy Hanlin just outside of Cleveland. From there, I worked at Edgewood for 4 years as the lead assistant to Pete Micklewright. Then I helped open Topgolf in Pittsburgh and served as Director of Instruction there for three years. I currently work at Valley Brook CC, where I have been employed since 2021 as their lead club fitter. I am also in charge of our hard goods, and I teach a lot, too. I enjoy helping people get better at this tough game.
