When can I check in?
SATURDAY - SUNDAY
5-6 SEPTEMBER
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00AM – 5:00PM OR
To help make check-in smooth for everyone, all students must book an arrival timeslot. If checking in out of office hours (9am-5pm) a member of our site team will contact you about key collection.

What do I need to check in?
Your photo ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.) – this is required to collect your keys
Your flat and room number

Before you arrive, make sure you’ve completed and submitted all the required documents based on your payment plan
If you're paying in
• Completed Guarantor Form
(either a physical form, or signing electronically via an Adobe link - if you're not sure if this has been completed, please contact us on below details)
• Proof of Guarantor Address
• Photo ID
• Paid your deposit

Parking is free on-site between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Outside of these hours: You’ll need to contact the site team as charges do apply.
