If you have friends and family coming to visit or stayover, please notify the site team and your flatmates.
Kindly note no guests under the age of 16 are allowed to stay overnight.
All parcels should be delivered to the following address with your name and flat number (please use the name you booked with on your dwell account)

Student Contents Insurance has been purchased for you under ' Howdens Insurance'.
Register with a GP
Don’t forget to register with a GP (doctor) when you’re new to the city or the UK. It’s free and ensures you can get medical advice, treatment, and prescriptions whenever you need them. It’s best to register as soon as you can so you don’t have to wait until you’re feeling unwell.

To help us recycle effectively, we provide various waste and recycling bins in The Grafton. Please separate your waste within your studio or flat before disposing waste:
Fire Safety
We want to make sure you enjoy yourself whilst you stay with us and make sure you aren’t causing any accidental safety issues within your residence. We've dropped a few tips below in regards to healthand safety within your new home.
Knowing Your Assembly Point
For The Grafton you should make your way outside the property and stand well away from the building and await emergency services. The fire procedure is also on the back of your bedroom door.
Here are some tips:
• Do not tamper with or prop open fire doors
• Do not leave your cooking unattended
• Do not cover the heaters in the bedroom with wet clothing
• Do not overload plug sockets or extension leads
• Do not cover extension leads with clothing or other items
Report any faults to our maintenance team either by visiting the reception, reporting on the Dwell Student Portal or by emailing thegrafton@dwellstudent.co.uk
If You Hear The Alarm:
When you hear the fire alarm activating, you should vacate the property immediately.
Princess Street operates a 1 out all out policy.
Fire Drills and Testing
Fire Alarms are tested every Friday.
Fire Drills are planned throughout the year. The site team will notify you via email before a drill is due but will not disclose the date or time.
