When can I check in?
SATURDAY - SUNDAY
5-6 SEPTEMBER
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00AM – 5:00PM* OR
To help make check-in smooth for everyone, all students must book an arrival timeslot.
* If you are checking in after 5th or 6th September between Monday-Friday 9-5pm keys are to be collected at The Grafton. Outside of office hours you will be contacted by the site team to arrange key collection.

Where do I collect my keys?
121 Princess Street, Manchester, M1 7AG (5th-6th September)
60 Grafton Street, Manchester, M13 9NU (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
What do I need to check in?
Your photo ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.) – this is required to collect your keys
Your flat and room number
Getting Check-in Ready
Before you arrive, make sure you’ve completed and submitted all the required documents based on your payment plan
If you're paying in
• Completed Guarantor Form
(either a physical form, or signing electronically via an Adobe link - if you're not sure if this has been completed, please contact us on below details)
• Proof of Guarantor Address
• Photo ID
• Paid your deposit

We do not have on site parking at Princess Street. However, there are a number of Pay & Display car parks located near to the property.
