10:00AM - 4:00PM

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00AM – 5:00PM
To help make check-in smooth for everyone, all students must book an arrival timeslot.

Where do I collect my keys?

What do I need to check in?
Your photo ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.) – this is required to collect your keys
Your flat and room number
Reminder Ongoing Refurb Works
We're carrying out refurbishment works during the year.
Some weekday noise (9am–6pm) may occur.
We'll keep residents updated throughout the process.
If you have any questions, our reception team will be happy to help.
Getting Check-in Ready
Before you arrive, make sure you’ve completed and submitted all the required documents based on your payment plan

(either a physical form, or signing electronically via an Adobe link - if you're not sure if this has been completed, please contact us on below details)
• Proof of Guarantor Address
• Photo ID
• Paid your deposit

Yes! Feel free to bring along a friend or family member to help you settle in. It's an exciting time, and we’re happy to welcome them too.

2. Where can I park?
Check-in Weekend (5-6 September):
Parking is free on-site between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Where do I collect my keys?
1 Lower Chatham St, Manchester, M1 5SX
Outside of these hours:
You’ll need to purchase a ticket from our SIP Parking provider, either online or via the on-site machines.
