When can I check in?
SATURDAY - SUNDAY
12-13 SEPTEMBER
10:00AM - 4:00PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00AM – 4:00PM OR
To help make check-in smooth for everyone, all students must book an arrival timeslot.

Please contact your site team to check if early arrival is possible.
Where do I collect my keys?
Garth Heads (off Jubilee Road), Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 2JE
What do I need to check in?
Your photo ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.) – this is required to collect your keys
Your flat and room number

Before you arrive, make sure you’ve completed and submitted all the required documents based on your payment plan

• Completed Guarantor Form
(either a physical form, or signing electronically via an Adobe link - if you're not sure if this has been completed, please contact us on below details)
• Proof of Guarantor Address
• Photo ID
• Paid your deposit

1. Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! Feel free to bring along a friend or family member to help you settle in. It's an exciting time, and we’re happy to welcome them too.

2. Where can I park?
Check-in Weekend (12-13 September):
Parking is free on-site between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PMplease note we have limited spaces available.

1 Lower Chatham St, Manchester, M1 5SX
Outside of these hours:
You’ll need to purchase a ticket from our SIP Parking provider, either online or via the on-site machines.
