Are you comparing when picking an agency?
Unlike other agencies, we don't charge franchise fees, monthly fees, desk charges, or royalty fees. We strive to "keep it simple".
Higher commission splits at some agencies may net you less after you have subtracted fees, charges and/or yearly "set-backs". Subtract these from the commission split when comparing one rate to another.
Fees may include required desk fees, franchise fees, royalties, marketing fees and transaction fees.
Some agencies set your commission rate back to a base rate every year which can cause you to be at a reduced rate during the prime selling season.
