Location, location, location!

An exciting new development will see The Esplanade on Marine Drive in Hermanus turned into a three-storey building comprising 40 sectional title units, of which 10 will have sea views and the rest will face north towards a courtyard with a swimming pool.

Sandveld Construction, a wellknown company that was responsible for most of the homes on the Fernkloof Golf Estate, will be responsible for the building project.
