Clínica Visualiza - SEPTEMBER 2021
Virtual Education proyect for pacients Health profesionals focus to provide información to the pacients, but they do not spend time to follow up their medical treatments and make sure they understand the right data. Patients and their family can be confused if they receive less information or bad interpretation. These are our reasons why we created a proyect with the purpose to strengthen and standardize the education plan for patients through the audiovisual tools at Visualiza Clinic. On the other hand, we strengthen patient´s knowledge about ocular illness and how to carry out their treatment, we will support our ophtalmologist and counselors in their functions to reduce the time spent on repeated explications. Visualiza´s team will have the same information and provide comprehension for the patient. Currently, we are training our staff to deal with the right information and put in practice.
