This year we returned motivated and eager to continue in favor of the growth of our collaborators, for this reason in the month of January we began with our workshops and training that will encourage the professional and personal growth of the Visualiza team.

Workshop the magic of service in Visualize.

For the formation of the Guastatoya vision center team, the workshop was given with the objective of instructing the good practice of customer service using a practical and reliable model, in order to impact, attract and retain patients.

Training tools

With the aim of continuing to strengthen the human talent department, they were given a workshop on training tools, which will help them improve their communication skills and thus also the How? better manage conflicts; This will be put into practice for the company’s most important asset.

VISUALIZA APP aimed at medical equipment.

Complementing the launch of the new visualization app, training was provided to private clinic doctors. Where management, functionalities and benefits that the visualized app brings to current patients were made known.

Ocular and orbital ultrasound course (Modules 1, 2 and 3).

Aimed at the Ophthalmologists of the clinic where they were introduced to how to make a presumptive diagnosis based on real-time images and basic physical principles on the systematic and complete diagnosis of the eyeball and orbit

Thyroid Disease: clinical evaluation, and when to proceed to surgical approach.

Aimed at the clinic’s specialist doctors, in the workshop they learned the correct preoperative management of patients with thyroid, implications for anesthetic management, proper preoperative approach, and possible postoperative complications.

Periorbital neoplasia workshop: diagnosis and surgical management.

Aimed at the specialist doctors of the clinic, updated information was provided on the signs and symptoms of a periorbital neoplasia with the aim of publicizing signs, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of the same.
