It is the parent/ guardian’s responsibility to complete the emergency contact form prior to the start of classes. Children may not attend any session without a completed emergency form. NO EXCEPTIONS. After registering your child, you will receive a confirmation email that will direct you to the emergency contact form website. INFORMATION REGARDING REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS Please visit the registration page on our website for detailed instructions regarding your child’s User ID, password, and student ID#. You will not be able to register without having this information. • We recommend that you and your child visit the campus prior to the first day of classes. NEW! College for Kids is NOT responsible for students who are dropped off / picked up in other lots. • It is not required that you park your car in a parking space during drop off / pick up times at the Pleasant Hill Campus. We have coordinated with Police Services to allow a drive-thru procedure. • Parents at the Pleasant Hill Campus are required to have a parking permit displayed in their windshield regardless of whether they park. Permits will be sent home during the 1st week of each session. • Should you decide to park at the San Ramon campus, a parking permit is NOT required. The drop off and pick-up location is by the north parking lot (on the same side as the traffic circle). Police services will have a drive through lane at this location.

Faculty College for Kids has chosen its faculty carefully to assure subject matter expertise and skill in working with young people. Many are referred by teachers and administrators in local schools. Other instructors are Diablo Valley College faculty members. All have had practical experience with the subjects they teach and years of teaching experience. Note: All CFK staff members (Instructors and Aides) are fingerprinted and cleared through the Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as the Department of Justice.
