A House For Indusrialist bhavnagar, gujarat

A family of Lohana Caste having 3 Generations have decided to relocate to the outskirt area of Bhavnagar City –located between the Gauri Shanakar Lake and the Victoria garden. They have traditionaly lived in old core of Bhavnagar city but have decided to shift due to the growing menace of old city core such as traffic, congestion and limitation of increminality.

Site area :9600 sqm, Built-up : 500 sqm each house approx.

The design of Kaushalya Vardhan Kendra aim at creating a place for the people of Suvag, which reflects their community aspirations. The spatial quality of space should provide a free open platform for the people to meet, discuss, share and learn together without any hesitation.
