1 Marinade the pork chops for 20mins in 2 tbsp DUNNES STORES Thai Red Curry Paste 2 Mix the cooked noodles with the veg, herbs and 4 tbsp of teriyaki dressing.

3 Grill pork chops under a hot grill for 6 minutes each side until well done.

4 Serve with the noodles and sprinkle the chopped peanuts.

Wednesday is wrap day

1 Marinade the chicken in the tandoori spice for 20 minutes or more 2 Fry chicken on a medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes in the oil. Then toss in the onion and peppers and fry for another few minutes until chicken is done.

3 To make the yogurt sauce, mix the fresh dill with the Greek Yogurt.

4 Serve with pilau rice, a wrap, yoghurt sauce and a wedge of lime.
