Dundalk FC completed a magnificent second double in three seasons to add another glorious chapter to the rich history of the club. The supporters travelled in their droves on Sunday morning to Dublin with a convoy of cars and buses heading south on the M1 towards the Aviva to cheer their heroes on. This latest victory secured Dundalk’s fourth double with two of them coming under current manager Stephen Kenny. The popular Dubliner has now won eight major trophies during his six seasons at the club including four league titles, two FAI cups and two league cups. Continued on Page 2

Giedre case upgraded to murder inquiry Gardaí have issued a fresh plea for information regarding a 29-year old woman who has been missing from Dundalk since the end of May after the investigation was upgraded to a murder inquiry. Giedre Raguckaite, a Lithuanian national, was last seen on Hoey’s Lane in Dundalk on May around 6pm. On Friday they upgraded the missing persons case to a murder enquiry and appealed for anybody to come forward if they have any information about her whereabouts. Full Story Page 2
