Louth celebrate All-Ireland glory
By Eunan Whyte Louth GAA is celebrating an All-Ireland title after the Ladies claimed the Junior Championship in Croke Park on Sunday. The Wee County turned in a dominant display to defeat Scotland by 4-12 to 0-2, making up for the disappointment of losing out in 2010 and 2012. Goals from Aimee McNally, Ciara O’Connor, Laura Collins and Kate Flood sealed the victory to ensure that Michelle McMahon lifted the cup on the Hogan Stand. Right half forward, Paula Murray, was named Player of the Match after an excellent display. See Page 5
