Blackrock man Jimmy Dunne had a Premier League debut to remember for Burnley FC with the 22-year old scoring in their 4-2 defeat to Leicester City on Sunday evening. Despite the loss Jimmy received great praise from his manager Sean Dyche who praised the former Rock Celtic player after the game. “He did well, he stuck to the task and he nicked himself a really good goal,” stated the Clarets boss. The centre half joined Manchester Academy in Belfast at aged ten and played with Rock Celtic and St Kevin’s Boys up to the age of sixteen when he moved to Manchester Utd in 2013. Three years later he joined Burnley FC but was sent out on numerous loan spells including stints at Barrow, Accrington Stanley, Hearts, Sunderland and Fleetwood Town. Continued on Page 2
