The chairman of the College Manor and Heights residents association has listed a number of proposals to help put an end to anti-social behaviour which continue to blight DKIT’s Student Union’s annual Rag Week. According to John Temple, chairman of the residents association, last year’s Rag Week led to damage and destruction of private property as well as anti-social behaviour which has caused the residents to demand action and look for solutions to the ongoing problem.
