SEAN O’Mahonys capped off a glorious 2014 by seeing off Meath intermediate champions Ballinglough to win their first ever Leinster Intermediate title. In doing so the Point Road side became only the third Louth club to do so. There have been many nights of celebrations down the Point Road this year as this fantastic O’Mahony’s team have enjoyed a marvellous run in Louth and now Leinster. And there could be more joy to come for the Sean’s as they take on Roscommon and Connacht Intermediate champions St Croans in the All Ireland Intermediate Club Semi-Finals.
