HOTEL COMPLEX
CONCEPT
The vision of this project harmoniously integrates the natural context of its location. The concept was articulated starting from a detailed study of the area, exploring the possibility of aligning the architectural volume with the undulating silhouette of the surrounding mountains.

SYSTEM
The project presents an essentialized volumetry, incorporating a variety of carefully orchestrated angles, applied as an outer layer of the primary volume. Thus, the “corten shell” serves dually: both as an aesthetic and functional element. In this structure, perforations were made, specially designed to serve as openings for hotel rooms.

OBJECTIVE
The intention slides towards the specific representativeness of the architecture program presented with compatible functional additions, on the creation of spaces and facilities public open to the city.
CONCEPT
The concept is rooted in integrating a prominent local landmark. The substantial volume is strategically perforated to create openings oriented towards the city, facilitating the incorporation of terraces on each level.
URBAN CONTEXT
The site is distinguished by its location at the highest point, marking a major intersection in the city’s arterial network. This positioning enables the creation of a remarkable perspective in the area. Additionally, the Business Center serves a crucial role in advancing the economic interest of the region.

The Business Center, spanning 12 levels, seamlessly integrates two core programs: dedicated office spaces for professionals and a vibrant Study Hub for aspiring scholars. Within its architectural expanse, the synergy between these realms fosters a dynamic ecosystem where knowledge exchange flourishes, shaping a vibrant community hub.

The ground floor serves as the welcoming hub for visitors, encompassing the grand lobby, exhibition spaces, office reception, restaurant, indoor garden, and café with recreational areas, along with interconnecting nodes facilitating seamless access between levels.
INTEGRATION
On the second level of the complex, the intersecting and interrelated functions of the office and hub converge. Here, spaces such as offices, conference rooms, study areas, study laboratories, and individual study cells seamlessly coexist, forming a nexus where collaboration and individual focus intertwine.
WORKFLOW
Within this architectural continuum, from level 3 upwards, the interplay between these spaces creates a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, while offering panoramic vistas that inspire creativity and connection.

The design centers wine production within its architectural identity, creating a comfortable and visitor-oriented environment. The master plan incorporates conceptual axes that connect the main street through the complex to the landscape, symbolizing the transition from human to industrial scale.

DESIGN STRATEGY
The Center is divided into two programs: hospitality (accommodation, restaurant, relaxation areas) and industrial functions (production, research, storage), housed in three interconnected volumes. Visitors enjoy a visual connection with the vineyards, enhancing their experience and thermal comfort.

DETAIL
Structurally, the ensemble encountered innovative solutions, firstly proposing a building system supporting the floors while also present in the basement, housing administrative structures. Additionally, gravitational flow principles in wine production were considered, interacting with public functions to optimize the architectural design.
