Every year I am amazed at how quickly the festive season is suddenly upon us. Perhaps it’s the months we spend getting our hams ready for the big day, but there’s no escaping the fact that the “most wonderful time of the year” is getting closer and closer.
The lengthy curing process for our hams means that they are the tastiest you will find anywhere, but it does mean that once we’ve sold out, that’s it! We don’t want you to miss out, so please order in good time to avoid disappointment.
