Since 1841, when Elizabeth Harris of Calne pioneered a gentler brining method, Wiltshire hams have been prized for their delicate flavour. We honour that craft today, curing whole British outdoor-bred pork legs in our own-recipe brine enriched with unrefined brown sugar for subtle sweetness. The result is tender, succulent ham, beautifully balanced and full of character.

Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order until the end of November. We are unable to make changes to orders in December due to many of our items being freshly made to order.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you’ll receive courier emails with a tracking link and regular updates. Tracking may not be available with some carriers in remote areas.
Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?
No. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place (e.g. porch, garage, shed, or with a neighbour) to keep your fresh products secure.
What time will my order arrive?
Delivery times can’t be guaranteed, especially in peak season. Please contact us promptly if your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected.
Ordered a Turkey or Goose?
Your bird will be delivered fresh from the farm on 22nd December, sent separately from the rest of your order.
