Accelerated Teacher Pedagogy Programme

On Wedneday, Mr Richard Fletcher, Director of Learning and Performance at Dukes Education attended Eaton Square Senior School to deliver the Dukes Accelerated Teacher Pedagogy Programme.

The aim of this programme is to support our teaching staff in their roles and to help them to unlock potential in each and every student at Eaton Square Senior School. The programme is designed to develop knowledge and skills in all areas of teaching pedagogy.

Through both analysis and discussion, various tried and tested techniques, and tools were explored during this programme to support teaching staff who wish to develop, refresh and enhance their study of the craft of teaching. The ATP is a cross-phase teaching and learning pedagogical model with collaboration and evidence of what works in the classroom at its core.
