In 2022 we started the implementation of ‘Bob’ a cloud-based HR Database for all schools, colleges and organisations within Dukes Education Group.

In 2023, we will give all employees access to Bob to request holiday, sickness reporting, updating personal details as well as being able to connect with their local and Dukes-wide communities.
