Overview Colorado Parks and Wildlife Organizational Development has collaborated with Daniels Executive Education to create monthly opportunities to continue your leadership and professional growth. These opportunities are an important focus for the Leadership Team, and they represent part of the succession plan for CPW. As such, there is an expectation that alumni attend two classes a year. Building Your Resilience with Kellie Jenkins Tuesday, April 2, 2024 Thriving in the Changing World of Work: Developing Personal Strategies to Build Your Resilience. This session will shine a light on some of the reasons behind the overwhelm that many leaders are feeling and offer some suggestions for resilience-building habits that can support sustainable performance. Participants will have the opportunity to craft their own personalized rituals from a “menu” of habits. They will leverage the support of their peers to ensure that they are set up for success as they implement their new routines.
