The subject of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of a town house with a small commercial place at the location of the former casern JiÄ?Ăn . Main goal of the work is to preserve the face of the street according to the urban study. The commercial place is located on the street line according to the regulations and the garage is situated further to the part of site to maintain the character of the street. Creating space in front of the house is also nesecery, which is why it is partially pushed back in the plot. The shape of the house is inspired from the appearance of the terain.

glass galery New volumes added to the current brewery acts as a new layer which enhance the industrial characteristic of the building. The new structre next the the glass galery forms a way which leads people to the main town square. The structre can also be installed as a art piece.

new volume The final volume is flowing above the current hall just like clouds in the sky. This proposal creates connection between industrial and contemporary architecture. Two big openings are located in the south west part of the hall, wich allows you to have a peek into the new structre.

open atrium The main idea of this proposal is creating airy space to make it more comfortable for people to work in the HUB. Two big voids are connecting the existing hall with the new building. Those voids allow people to peek in the open atrium.
