SOME COLLEGE? FINISH AT DU.

Don’t let the time, effort, and money you spent earning college credits go to waste. Our bachelor’s degree completion program is designed for adults who have started, but not yet finished, an undergraduate degree. Transfer up to three years of previous credits directly toward your University of Denver degree (credits don’t expire).

TRANSFER YOUR CREDITS

At University College, you’ll have a fresh academic start by applying your previous coursework to a DU degree. Our enrollment manager can review your domestic transcripts prior to admission so you know how many credits you need to complete your degree. YOUR SCHEDULE

This program is offered entirely online or in a hybrid format at the University of Denver. In both delivery modes, the Canvas learning management system will be used to make course content accessible, facilitate discussions, and host videos and multimedia. Expect to be actively engaged eight to ten hours per course per week, depending on the assignments, activities, and projects for that week. And you will receive early, regular, and timely feedback as your instructors facilitate your progress.

COMBINED DEGREE

The combined degree option at University College offers a unique dual experience. By substituting two graduate courses for two undergraduate courses, you will reduce the total time and cost of earning both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree.

University College students are eligible to be considered for all federal and state aid, including federal student loans, by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Filling out this application is the first step to determining how much you are eligible for in federal student loans and grants.

SCHOLARSHIPS

University College is pleased to offer scholarships designed specifically for students in the Bachelor of Arts Completion Program: u Completion Scholarship The Completion Scholarship is a partial tuition scholarship that helps students offset some of the expense of a college education. Scholarship recipients are responsible for any other fees and books, as well as the remainder of the tuition of BACP courses. The Completion Scholarship will follow students through graduation. There is no scholarship application required. u College Opportunity Fund This fund provides a stipend for continuing and new in-state students completing their bachelor’s at a college in Colorado. Recipients must also demonstrate financial need and be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant. u Daniels Fund Boundless Opportunity Scholarship This need-based scholarship honors and supports non-traditional students (must be a resident of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, or Wyoming). u Upsilon Delta Scholarship Offered through the Alpha Sigma Lambda honor society, students will need 45 credit hours of University College classes and a GPA of 3.75 to become a member of Upsilon Delta.
