RAW BEAUTY Since for numerous safety reason cars have gained weight and become massive in terms of proportions.

The main idea is to design a new type of body focussing on purity, elegance. At the same time friendly to the nature and driven by Self Generative Energy Technology. Taking into

account all aspects of modern environment (connectivity, speed limits, etc.), imagine how people will be traveling in individual vehicles tomorrow.

Raw beauty is a natural beauty that is very pure and innocent .As the story was inspired from the beauty of humming bird. It is virtually impossible for the human eye to perceive when a tiny hummingbird flaps its wings. The Magnificent Hummingbird is an exception, because it sometimes flaps its wings slow enough to allow individual wing beats to be perceived.

In Energy Saving Cycle(ESC) technology, the Drive Battery(DB) helps the vehicle to displace initially while starting the Vehicle engine.Since at the Front axle of the mobility ,the mechanism is designed such that both the axle shaft at half Left and half Right(Front Drive shaft) whichis inside the axle tube acts as an an high output Alternator(As per concept designed the high efficiency Alternator provides High output voltage at Low rpmof the wheel).The rotating axle acts a Rotor of the Alternator as the axle moves withthe hub connected to the wheel.Thus frontwheel axle acts as Inbuilt shaft cum output Alternator. Before starting a Vehicle, the circuit of DB is in Normally Open(NO) condition. As the batterypowers the vehicle via Control Panel; the DB circuit turns into Normally close (NC)position whereas the circuit of Alternator remains NO. Here the arrangement is such that the DB is connected to the Front Wheel and the DC motor which is mounted at the Rear Inwheel. When the vehicle displaces atabove 30 kmph,(mechanically desired speed required by the alternator to generate voltage) the sensor senses and determines the condition, theVoltage is generated via Alternator and the supply is transferred to the DC motor via Control panel. Further, theNO terminal(Alternator) switches to NCand the NCterminal (DB)switches to NO. Because of this switching management of Control panel the DB circuit gets bypassed leaving the Alternator Voltage to run the vehicle. Hence, the DC motor moves the vehicle and the Alternator keeps on generatIng the Voltage. The cycle continues until the vehicle run below 30kmph. As the speed lowers than 30kmph, the DB powers the vehicle.

9 SEATER MICROBUS SPONSORED PROJECT TEMMPS This was a sponsored project by TEMMPS. This is a non-profit project under the TEMMPS Institutional Framework initiative. The objective of the Rideshare System Project is to help reduce the number of vehicles on city roads by making available well-designed, convenient, comfortable, and economical rideshare alternatives to 2-wheelers, existing autorickshas, and cars.

The proposed Microbus is to be developed as “limited open source� projects. The designs will be available to any firm that has the capabilities of manufacturing it can do so.

To Design An Electric Microbus with 6 doors and 8+1 carrying capacity.

To design a ride share mobility which have 8 passenger and 6 doors with 4 metres length 1. As superior alternatives to existing autorikshas and small "Tempo" class passenger carriers.

2. To meet other needs: eg, last-mile transport for campuses and colonies, for ferrying passengers to/from nearest bus & metro stations.

3.In-campus loop/shuttle passenger transport.

SPLASH GUARD SPONSORED PROJECT QVD This was a sponsored project by QVD. The Motorcycle Splash Guard [MSG] project is to design and manufacture a simple, low-cost splash-guard that can be retrofitted to any motorcycle that has been previously fitted with a pipe-frame leg-guard.The design objectives have been met by designing a SPLASH-guard made from low-cost thermoformed plastic sheet, and a unique fastener that combines with standard, easilyavailable, low-cost worm-gear hose clamps. The holes in the MSG panel for attaching these fasteners would be marked and pierced at time of installation with a low-cost piercing tool.This splash-guard can therefore be installed on size and shape of pipe-frame leg-guards pre-installed on any motorcycle.

This product is targeted for launch in time for the 2020 Monsoon Season in India Duration:10 days

CURRENTSCENARIO During rainy season, bikers face problems as muddy water gets splashed on their legs while riding. To overcome such problems a few motorcycles can be occasionally seen on Indian city roads, with simple rectangular pieces of plastic flute-board tied to their pipe-frame leg-guards. However, for wider legguard especially like Royal Enfield have , it doesnt provide that much protetction because of it standard limiting sizes. Also after certain period of time, the flute board either get damaged or their color gets fades away which indirectly dont suit the biker and motorbike looks.

PFS STACKABLE SOFA SPONSORED PROJECT QVD This was a sponsored project by QVD. Its a limited design project, to create 3D models of sofa-beds based on PFS(polyurethane foam slabs), as a pre-production product visualization exercise.

The objectives are: 1.Determine dimensions and visualize proportions 2.Visualize various upholstery fabric patterns and colours, and select a limited range of these before manufacturing is started 3.Use the 3D models for marketing graphics

This products is planned for mass launch by July,2019.
