NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES

07 Eventful Times

Share ideas. Inspire change.

With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.

Ready When It Matters Badrah’s fire protection system has had a smart upgrade, helping it spot issues sooner and respond faster when needed. With improved monitoring working quietly behind the scenes, the community stays better prepared, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Powering Up for Brighter Playtimes The children’s playgrounds at Badrah have received a fresh lighting upgrade with solar-powered lights now in place. The upgrade helps keep playtime after sunset brighter and safer, while supporting more energy-efficient lighting and a more sustainable community.

A Fresh Splash of Colour Landscape enhancement works have been completed across all Badrah Manara buildings, with new seasonal planting adding fresh colours to create a more vibrant community landscape. With the cooler months around the corner, the refreshed landscape offers even more reason to step outside and enjoy the community.

Guiding Your Wheels New cycle parking rules signage has been introduced across all cycle parking areas in Badrah Manara, helping cyclists easily identify where and how to park their bikes. Clearer guidance helps keep bicycles in designated spaces, leaving walkways and shared areas neat and accessible for everyone to use.

Elevators That Stay One Step Ahead A new 24/7 monitoring system is now watching over all 18 elevators at Badrah Manara, keeping a watchful eye on their performance day and night. With round-the-clock oversight, residents can enjoy a more dependable elevator experience and greater peace of mind with every ride.

YOUR COMMUNITY RECYCLING RATE

Every correctly recycled item helped us reach it. Now, let’s see how much higher we can take it.

Did You Know?

Recycling opportunities are part of our everyday routines. Sometimes, it’s simply about spotting them before they end up in the wrong bin.

Finished your lunch?

Back from a workout?

Unpacked a delivery?

That empty can could be ready for recycling.

Give that empty water bottle a second look.

Flatten the cardboard box and recycle it.

Next time, before It hits the bin:

1

Check it

Ensure it is recyclable

2

Empty it

Make sure it is clean and empty
