NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES
08 Rulebook Round Up
Share ideas. Inspire change.
With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.
A Fresh Look Along the Way The staircase at La Cote Building 3 has received a well-deserved refresh, making one of the building’s most-used spaces cooler, brighter and more inviting. The upgrade included a new air-conditioning system, freshly painted walls and refreshed handrails and flooring. This is the first of many staircase transformations planned across the community, with the programme continuing in other buildings. Stay tuned.
Roundabout Glow-Up The La Mer Master Community roundabout has had a lighting upgrade, adding a touch of sparkle to one of the community's most travelled spots. Whether you're arriving home after a long day or taking an evening drive through the neighbourhood, the new decorative lighting makes the journey a little more scenic.

Not Your Average Rock If you've noticed a few new "rocks" around Port de La Mer, here's a fun fact: they're doing more than just blending into the scenery. These cleverly disguised stations help our teams monitor pest activity, spot issues early and take action when needed, all while fitting seamlessly into the community landscape, helping keep Port de La Mer clean and looking its best.
