NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES
11 Rulebook Round Up
Share ideas. Inspire change.
With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.
Al Ranim Focus Group Residents recently came together for a Focus Group session on 13th August, creating an open space for homeowners to share feedback and stay connected with the latest community updates. The session brought residents together with the Customer Engagement and Operations teams for a meaningful conversation around resident priorities across Al Ranim.
Fresh Details, Refined Spaces A fresh burst of creativity has arrived at Mudon Views, with vibrant artwork now enhancing shared spaces across Blocks A and B. The new installations add colour and character to the interiors, creating a more inspiring and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
The refresh continues at both the reception areas, where new carpets have introduced a warmer and more polished feel. The upgrade enhances the overall appearance of the entrances while creating a more inviting first impression.
Completing the transformation, new wallpaper has been installed across key areas of both blocks. Adding an elegant finishing touch to the common spaces, the refreshed interiors bring greater style and visual appeal to everyday surroundings.

A Touch of Nature Landscape enhancement works have been completed across Mudon Views, the Spine Road, community roundabouts, Arabella and Mudon Central Park, bringing fresh colour and greenery to the community’s outdoor spaces. With cooler weather approaching, there’s even more reason to enjoy the refreshed community outdoors.
Give Old Tech a New Purpose
Ready When It Matter Most
Got old chargers, power banks or headphones gathering dust? A new e-waste bin is now available at the Basement A - elevator lobby in Mudon Views, making it easier to clear out unwanted small electronics responsibly.
Thirteen Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are now available across Mudon, with 12 located in the swimming pools across Mudon Villas and one in Mudon Views.
In partnership with Imdaad, this new addition makes recycling old tech more convenient while supporting a cleaner, greener community.

Supported by lifeguards briefed on their use, these potentially life-saving devices help strengthen emergency preparedness across the community.
Reflecting a Better Workout New mirrors have been installed at the gym in Mudon Views to create a more open and engaging fitness space, while the removal of the frosted stickers allows for a brighter and more comfortable atmosphere.
