NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES
08 Eventful Times
Share ideas. Inspire change.
With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.
A Touch of Nature Landscape enhancement works have given Cluster A and the sikka areas a fresh green makeover, with around 1,800 sqm refreshed with vibrant new planting. A new water-efficient irrigation system completes the upgrade, delivering water more evenly across the landscape and keeping the new greenery thriving. With the cooler months around the corner, the refreshed landscape offers even more reason to step outside and enjoy the community.

From Fountain Glow to Lagoon Flow The community fountains behind the Clubhouse are back and better than ever, with a full refurbishment bringing them back to life alongside refreshed lighting for a brighter, more vibrant walkway and a warmer evening ambience.
The refresh flows down to the lagoon too, where 12 new umbrellas are giving the swimming areas a welcoming feel, perfect for slow afternoons, family days and easy waterside catch-ups.

Signs of Improvement The latest signage updates across the community are here to make everyday navigation a little easier. 45 new community signage have been installed, bringing a consistent look across the community and making dos and don’ts of common areas easier to spot.
Bin It Better Four new 4-stream recycling bins and five carton recycling bins have been placed across phases 1 and 2, making it easier for residents to sort and dispose of waste closer to home.
Football Fever Hit Home The biggest FIFA matches found a home at our Event Hall, where residents gathered to watch the quarterfinals, semi-finals and final together. There were cheers, celebrations and plenty of edge-of-your-seat moments, turning the tournament’s biggest matches into memorable nights shared with the community.
